Constantly getting blood in urine.

Hello, I'm new here and I have a question. For almost a year now I have been having blood in my urine and this last time I had a urine culture done, my GP said that I had too much blood in my urine. He ordered an ultrasound of my kidneys but they are good, had my bladder checked out and that too is good. He is baffled. I also had what he called 'cystitis' in my shin. Was given antibiotics and when I was done it came back again. Hot, red and swollen lump on my shin and it hurt pretty bad. He ruled out a clot. Then he put me on stronger antibiotics and it went away but it's tender to touch. Throughout taking antibiotics I had another infection in my urine. Then more blood. I have been seen by so many dr's, a hematologist for 2 years prior to having breast cancer and they never were able to find out what it caused. Does anyone have any experience as to what so much blood in urine would be a symptom of? Now my urine has an odor to it as well and it burns a tad, plus a spot or two of something on my mini pad. I am going through menopause as well so no periods so the blood that's there is not from menstruation.
If anyone can help me or guide me as to what I can do to find out what this could possibly be, i would be so grateful.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
:)
