I am a 20 year old female. For the past month, I have felt as if I have to constantly urinate. I will urinate and feel no relief. I also have pain in my back where my kidneys are. I have no burning while urination. I have been tested for a UTI, clyamidia and ghonnorea, and kidney stones, all which have come out negative. I don't know what else it could be. The doctors assume that it is a UTI that is clearing up, but even at the start of my symptoms, the tests were coming out negative. What else could this be?
