Constant Urinary Infection

I am a 28 years old male. For the past month I have been having Urinary Track infections. I saw a specialist about 3 weeks ago. He ran some STD tests they all came back clean. He gave me a shot in the clinic and prescribed Cypro 500mg and Doxycline 100mg for 10 days to take. Now, 6 days after I got done with the medications treatment it came back... I experience the following in the morning. When I squeeze the penis when I get out of bed, a white/fogy discharge comes out. After I am done peeing morning or through out the day there is a little tingling, burning sensation.
Can please someone tell me what is wrong with me? or what I should tell my doctor to look for or any tests to run so we can find out what is wrong as I am scared!

Thank you
