I had unprotected oral sex with a female, we also had protected vaginal sex, but that was all.

After a couple of days, I started to notice my testicles started to hurt, like almost overnight. They were swollen to me. And it was hurting alot. Also I notices a little rash at the top of my pubic hair which seemed to dissappear any time i was at the hospital, the doctor could not see it. But i noticed it at night and after showers.

Although the chylmadia and gonnorea tests came back negative, the doctor treated me anyway, with cipro and doxy. Also during this period, i noticed a white-ish discharge but not when urinating, only when i was taking a ***t. when i forced it out. not while ******g. Also, i experienced some kind of itchying when it all first started but that seemed to have subsided. ALSO, I NOTICED MY URINE SMELLED VERY DIFFERENT LIKE WORSE AND SO DID MY GENITAL AREA, STILL THERE BUT SUBSIDED A LITTLE

After this, i got very worried and saw a urologist, he did another urinary test there and then, which took like 10 minutes? he left and came back and told me it was negative? did he really do it? anyways, he said my testicles felt alright and that the discharge was something called prosatal fluid or something like that and that i shouldnt worry, i dont know what to do...'

Later on everything subsided, i havent seen the discharge for a while, but now, it seems like after i urinate, i feel a sensation in my penis that seems to last for about 45 minnutes. Everytime i go again, it comes back. I really dont know what to do? help?

  • Sounds like a yeast infection to mehttp://www.mamashealth.com/men/yeast.aspAnd the weakness and other symptoms may be from stress.http://www.targetwoman.com/articles/yeast-infection.htmlMale yeast infection It is not uncommon for men to contract yeast infection too. Since this infection is transmitted by direct contact, unprotected intercourse can spread the infection. Prolonged antibiotic use can affect the bacterial composition of the genital area and lead to penile yeast infection. Diabetic men are more likely to contract yeast infection. Male yeast infection is noticed with symptoms such as red rash or itching and burning at the head of the penis. Anti-fungal creams and ointments work best for male yeast infections. Yeast infection treatmentYeast infection treatment includes vaginal creams and suppositories that dissolve and tackle the infection. Topical creams such as clotrimazole or miconazole relieve itching and also treat the yeast infection. You must discuss your problem with a health provider before treating the infection yourself. It is important to verify that the vaginal discharge and discomfort is due to yeast infection and to rule out infections such as chlamydia, trichomoniasis and gonorrhea. Regular consumption of yogurt and cranberry juice can go a long way in preventing yeast infection. Discontinue use of tampons when you are undergoing treatment for yeast infection. It is advised by many doctors to have the sexual partner checked and treated for yeast infection simultaneously so that there is no repeated instances of infection.

  • Ok - lab results (urine only) = negative. They tested for micro something, I think it only tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea though. I wanted to test for AIDs and maybe test about a UTI or prostate problem...I have to wait a few weeks until I can get an AIDs test done (100 days after last sexual encounter the doctor said).Something definately doesn't feel right down there. After I ejaculate I have an especially odd tingling/burning/itching sensation...and its usually more yellow now whereas it never was before...I guess I'll just wait a few more weeks for the AIDS test. Maybe I should go see a doctor who specializes in urinary tract infections. I might have some sort of infection or prostate problem. At least I know I don't have Chlamydia or Gonorrhea!

  • Ok. I have more white discharge now. After I finished peeing, the last amount was pure milky white and then almost chalky. What the ***l is wrong with me? The Urine test I took for STDs came up negative, I think it tested for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Syphilis. Oh man I am scared.

  • Honestly if you've got a serious rash with discharge situation in your genitals, going to a doctor really IS an option. If you've got a real infection brewing (like a couple of people seem to know they do because they're having a serious, flaking, weeping rash), you could become infertile if you don't get it treated. You need access to antibiotics. People used to die from random infections like staph all the time. Now we have these tools; it's not good to throw them around but if you've got some massive genital infection going, bloody USE THEM! Even something "not a big deal" like chlamydia can and will leave you sterile if you ignore it and ignore it and ignore it.I'm sorry to say but in the past you would have dropped everything and gone on multi-week pilgrimages through the wild to other villages looking for an answer to this sort of thing. If it's really severe and not going away, at some point you have to realize this isn't OK and find a way to get help. The ER cannot turn you down based on finances.I understand money is real raw for most, it's not so easy as just "going to the doctor when you're sick" (you deserve a LOT better than this). People suffer horribly because of that. But some things, like out-of-control infections, you just can't deal with on your own. Try to find the cheapest way (primary care doc in a few weeks instead of ER visit maybe?). If your body is telling you it's not willing to negotiate and there's something that needs to be taken care of, you need to listen. My 0.02, good luck.

  • I agree...the only way to know is to go have a culture done to make sure it is not an STD. I am a nurse and at this moment my husband is having some of these symptoms and has been for years....way before I met him and he finally talked to me about it the other night and I just looked at him and said listen...it is not normal for your penis to burn at all while you are urinating. You could have something very seriously wrong. He is going to see a doctor tomorrow. He's in the military and has always been told that if it burns when you urinate it means you haven't had enough water. I was never told that when pertaining to men. I was told think STD...rule that out first and then move on to prostate problems. The way he explained it to me was that on the weekend he doesn't drink water and drinks a lot of caffeine and when we make love he knows it is going to burn when he goes to to urinate....this is what he says. I'm sitting here thinking OMG if you have an STD I am so gone! While he was deployed I had my annual pap done and was tested for chlamydia and gonorrhea both came back negative as I knew they would. The doctor said I had a discharge....it was tested and seems I have a very acidic vagina. The discharge was one of those in the middle of the month ovulation type things that some experience or experience before they have their period. I will find out tomorrow what it is hopefully.....I have a feeling he is just going to go in and say hey doc it hurts when I pee but only if I drink caffeine. He will not mention sex or anything else of importance. Men just think it is not acceptable to go to the doctor for some stupid reason. If I see a change I don't understand and it bothers me I go find out what it is....even though I pretty much have it figured out before going to see the doctor. Guys go get checked if it is not an STD it could be some really messed up stuff. Either way it needs to be treated and never leave out any symptoms! They are clues to your diagnosis made by your doctor. It helps him/her to determine what test need to be run on you lab or manual. You may think this is so embarrassing but trust me there have been some come in with obvious STDs and waited until it was just plain ugly. You have nothing that the physicians and nurses have never saw. Whatever you tell your physician or nurse is confidential and they can't tell anybody. Now if you have an STD they will ask for names and numbers....do not be embarrassed to give all names and numbers. They would rather you be honest and honestly by law the nurses or doctors can't tell the contacts who named them, it is illegal to do so and we all hold our license as precious, so there is no way of finding out it was you....unless you tell them yourself or they've only slept with you/even oral sex and nobody else EVER! Too many women and men that do show up positive only name one person and usually say I haven't saw them in 2 years and don't know how to get in touch with them. They are scared they are going to point them out, but we can't. Everything is confidential....now with my husband if he shows up positive, like I said I am out! I don't think he would cheat, but that is the thing you never know. That is why it is important to always use safe sex with condoms. K....not sure about this dehydration theory we never got that involved with dehydration on that level. Good luck to all and I will let everyone know what is up with my hubby tomorrow. Go to the doctor and don't take the advice of anybody else. He has no discharge at all by the way. Burning and discharge in men is a tale tale sign. Go to the doctor he/she will help you!PS.....there is no blood test for herpes and there is no type 1 or type 2 simplex, it is now classified as herpes. If you get fever blisters on your lips and give oral sex to someone that doesn't have herpes they will get them on their genitals and eventually on their mouth as well and it is not only women that have it! Most people on this planet have herpes. It is spread through the tiny blisters....the fluid in the blisters is what have to be tested. HPV and herpes do not show up in blood work!!!!! GO TO YOUR DOCTOR....do not rely on information given to you on a thread.
