Bladder pain and frequent urination

For the past three or four days I have having this odd pain in what I believe is my bladder (behind pubic bone and a little ways up). Sometimes it will travel up to my bell button. I don't know if this matters, but I have been urinating every hour or so. Though, I have been drinking a lot of water and green tea. Just wondering if I should go ahead and go to the doctor and what to expect.

Ohh! I almost forgot.
I am a 19 year old female.
And I haven't had sex.
