Started a few days ago, has become painful to urinate and ejaculate. Pain is localized though, only feel it at the tip of the penis. Checked for UTI and STD, and report was negative.

I did work out really hard last week, thought there maybe some dehydration, Doctor suggested it could be Uric Acid Crystals, but I've had no other case of Gout or symptoms.

When urinating the initial flow hurts, but then as my flow increases in strength the hurt is milder, and then increases once my flow weakens and ends.

Last night I had sex and ejaculated. No issues with erection or pain during sex, ejaculation didn't hurt until semen exited my penis. Tip of my penis stung at that point, more painful then urine, almost like seminal fluid was more irritating to the penis.

Doctor is having me take some type of pain pill ( turns my pee orange), said drink lots of water, doesn't seem like there is any other treatment at this point. Anyone have any ideas?
