I'm a very nervous and anxiety filled guy, for several years i've always thought that i had been urinating more than an average person my age but over the past year or so it's been much worse. I sometimes struggle to get started and when i do urinate i don't feel relieved because i know i'll feel the urge to go again within as little as 5-10 minutes. I feel like i desperately need to pee but when i go it's usually small amounts at a time. I feel no pain anywhere in this area nor do i experience any difficulties sexually but what i'm going through is extremely annoying, it makes me not want to leave the house, it doesn't wake me during the night but it makes it hard to fall asleep because i'm constantly getting up to urinate and i have to try and fall asleep within the small window in which i feel no urge to urinate. I'm not sure if it's relevant but i feel I should also mention that i do drink quite a bit of water and iced/green tea during the day and that my diet mostly consist of unhealthy fast food/take out. Thanks for your help!Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
