I have suffered for 36 years with them since I had shingles at 10 yrs. I'm here to help because I've tried everything. A few definatly some no's, do not grind teeth it will prolong healing, milk of magnesia, hot salt water, And the absolute best is brushing your teeth, just try it, you'll be suprised. Another possibility is a prescription mouthwash called magic mouthwash. I hope this helps it's been several brutal yeArs for me. Good luck all.
