Painful bumps on tounge can't taste

On Saturday, I ate a piece of steak that had a cleaning product on it. On Tuesday, I woke up with white bumps on the tip of my tounge. On Wednesday, the bumps doubled and spread to the side of my tounge which made it a little misshaped and I also could not taste very well. Thursday, the bumps seemed to not hurt as much, but I wasn't able to taste anything, I tried spicy chicken. I couldn't taste any of it until it reached my throat. Ice tea tasted like water. Today I can't taste and it's late Thursday night. Really scared that I will never taste again. Looked up so much about it. It doesn't look like any known form of cancer (thankful), herpes (also thankful), or minor symptoms. Could any of you help? I'm a teen and scared that I cant taste. HELP!!
