I have had what I think is a canker sore under my tongue for two weeks now. I went to a minute clinic today, by just expressing what I thoughit was, he did not even look at it. I was prescribed a a mouth wash, it was not covered by my insurance so I could not afford to get it, also I was prescribed a paste called Amiexanox, which after contacting many drug stores not a single one had it. This was my first and last visit to a minute clinic. The NP there had to look in a book to see what they could prescribe based on their rules. I am just wondering if anyone out there has any ideas on what I may try for this ??
