Hello, I'm a 17 year old male and I seem to have small red bumps on the front of my tongue. They don't hurt. I also seem to have a little white a little farther back. I tried some remedies for oral thrush but had no success. I've had this for quite some time too(few weeks). Now I'm thinking it might be a B12 deficiency, which seemed unlikely to me because it takes years to notice symptoms of b12 deficiency but I'm a vegetarian and not the healthiest in terms of diet. Unsure. Please lend me some advice. This is horrible.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
