Hi everyone:)

I was a longtime lurker here, first time poster. I had been trying to solve my "thyroid" problems for years. I was fatigue, couldn't lose the weight I had been trying, etc. This is not spam by the way I am not going to link anything but I just want to share that there is an answer, and it wasn't my thyroid. It was eating and exercising the right way, whihc I wasn't doing.

I went to a personal trainer and she helped set up a program that compeltely reversed all my problems. I have been great for a year now, eat more than ever, finally have the body I want. IT WAS NOT EASY, but it did work.

Anyway her name is Leigh Peele, she is a very popular training, she posts at the JPfitness forum and also have her own sites but I wont post them. If you google her stuff comes up.

I wish you ladies and gentlemen the best of luck and please think about what I said. Thank you:)

I wish you ladies and gentlemen the best of luck and please think about what I said. Thank you:)I am glad this worked for you. However, some people have a more serious disease than you and exercise and nutrition can't alter the course of their condition. I am one of those people who was very much into my exercise and nutrition program and did very well until my thyroid started to fail some more. When that happened I lacked the energy to exercise and as a result my nutrition program suffered too.I lost over 92 pounds and gained it all back because I couldn't do my program. It was very disappointing to see all my hard work go down to the tubes in such a short time.Plus when I first got diagnosed with hypothyroidism I had several complications which pointed to the fact that I must have had the disease for many years before being formally diagnosed. My endo says I've had this for at least 30 years and possibly more. This is also a factor in whether you can use an exercise and a nutrition program to reverse your symptoms. Also many people have the symptoms of hypothyroidism but don't have it. They might have CFS or FMS and those people can benefit from exercise and nutrition.Again, I am glad you found a solution to your symptoms.
