I had a regular check up today and my Doctor said everything came back fine on my blood work. She gave me a copy of the blood work for my records. I was looking at the TSH number because I was convinced I had a thyroid problem because I gained 8 pounds in one year. My number is 3.07, it was 2.89 last year. The range on the paper said 0.35-5.50 and yet the numbers online say 0.35 - 3.00.
I'm totally confused and even though my Doctor said everything is fine, the scale says differently. Is my number okay?
