i started having symptoms back in feb. it started with a swallowing problem i was constantly clearing my throat as if something was in it. everyday my throat and front of my neck feels as if something is choking it and very tight. i feel like my whole thyroid gland area is inflamed or swollen it actually hurts to even touch it. i was first dx'd with post nasal drip and acid reflux ive been on nexium, prevacid, and zyrtec nothing is helping it seems to come in flares ill be okay for weeks then it comes back for a few weeks. other symptoms i have ive always had which includes
hair falls out in chunks everyday for as long as i can remember
weight gain or loss differs every year
fingernails are like thin paper
in and out of low sex drive
always had irregular pds
do you think this could be a thyroid? i keep getting the run around about this? i am scheduled for an endoscopy which i dont even feel like that is the problem
