Is it deadly?

I have just gotten the classical symptoms of a low metabolism rate and i need to know if it is deadly. i have a swollen throat, long periods, tempratureswings and the classics. the doctors have taken blood and i will know some time next week if i have the disorder. i am scared. is it dangerous? can i die from it?

  • You can only die from it if it is left untreated or it is under treated. Since you're being diagnosed before you get severe symptoms you should do just fine when you get on the proper dose of medication. Don't stop taking it because you feel better!The under treatment happened to me and now it will take 6 months to 1 year to recover!!! EEK!:eek:
