Heres my story, I'm 27 and I think I have a thyroid problem. I have a lot of symptoms that can be a sign of hypothyroidism.
-tired all the time, no energy even though I excercise every morning trying to get more energy. The entire workout I feel like I want to lie down and go to sleep.
-my hair recently started falling out in clumps and I am getting problems with excema for the first time in my life.
-weight gain despite the working out all the time.
-my hands go numb on me often
-feel like I have constant anxiety
-feel like I have a chicken bone in my throat.
-not sure if this one is related but I have acid reflux all the time, from all kinds of food and drink, even water.
I also have a lot of back pains but think that is just from the weight gain.
I am also concerned that these symptoms will all be dismissed because I just gave birth 4 mths ago to my third child. All of these symptoms seemed to get worse with each child I had. Could this be a thyroid problem??
