Had my TSH & Free T4 tested in December when I complained of fatigue. The numbers came back and the doctor said I was normal:
TSH - 3.82
T4 - .83
So I decided to leave it be since I was having other issues like bronchitis, sinus infections, etc and though that could be why I was so tired all the time.
Jump forward to March, I'm STILL fatigued and have other symptoms of hypo thyroid: hair loss, constipation, depression, feeling cold all the time, etc.
I got retested this time she tested T3 as well:
TSH - 4.22
T4 - .79
T3 - 244
The doctor said she wouldn't be treating me because I'm "subnormal". I know something's wrong, and from looking online I shouldn't have wacky numbers like these but what else can I do?
Another thing to note that I'm on depo provera and started May last year. Could that be causing my numbers to get worse?
