I am 20 years of age and 8 months ago I underwent a t12 l1 laminectomy and disectomy along with a fusion. I have 2 rods and 5 screws all together. There is a scar about 8 inches long down my back so the surgeon cut through lots of muscle. I have been doing everything I can to get better but still am in lots of pain. I excercise 4 times a week and stretch a lot. People have mentioned growth hormones to help me recover from my surgery but I want to know the risks at taking them at age 20 and I it's an option.
