my story
an oval shaped intramedullary lesion with mild expansion of the cord showing hypointensity on T1-weighted images and hyperintensity on T2-
swihted images with faint rim enhancement following IV Gd-DTPA 0.1 mmol/kg BW opposite the T4-T5 disk space measuring 1.3cm(CC) x 4.6cm(AP). the findings are highly suggestive of cord metastasis.
