hello where to begin basically iv been suffering for 3 years with some kind of toothache like pains in my legs (front and back ) and lower back pain recently i had a mri and they found a left paracentral disk bulge t7/8 with no cord compression so this dosent really answer any questions to my pain i have had 3x emg tests all came back normal 3 x mris of my full spine and brain all of which were normal showing no stenosis or any lumbar disk herniations or bulges my symptoms are

bilaterial pains in both legs
stiffness in hips lower back and knees which affect walking
feet cramps (clawing of toes )
recently strange uncontroabble movments with flaling and writhing movments almost dystonic in apperance
weakness in both legs and pelvis
constant headaches
sleep depreviation
depression and anxiety
type 1 diabites

basically i am wondering if anyone has suffered with anything like this before it all started out of the blue 3 years ago and is getting progressivly worse at the time i thought i had done some spinal damage in gym but this wasnt the case
is there any way the 3 x mri could have missed something and would emg show nerve damage in legs if there was any ?
