Hi, I'm a 18 year old boy and i'm tired all the time. Even tho i have the minimum 8 hours of sleep i still feel tired. Just like today, i slept for 7 hours woke up at 9, took a nap from 1 to 4 and still feel tired, but the problem is that, after the nap, i went to sleep again, but i can't sleep, yet i still feel tired.
