Two weeks ago I was lying on my back asleep, when I suddenly felt an ice cold breeze that woke me up. The first thought that popped into my imaginative mind was that there was a ghost, and I didn't take it seriously. Then last night I was lying on my side or stomach asleep, and I felt the heat suddenly drain from my body, which scared me and I woke up with a pounding heart. I have never experience anything like this before and I am 31. I also have been having a lot of night sweats. Could this be symptoms of a thyroid disease or sleep panic attacks?
