Sleeping everywhere and still tired!

I'm 22 years old, I have been having sleeping problems since I entered university, when I was 18. I sleep 10 to 12 hrs a day and I still feel tired. I have trouble waking in the morning (It takes hours for me to get off my bed). I fall asleep in EVERY single class I have, no matter if it's in the morning or in the evening. When I wake up in the morning, my nose is completely dry, I can barely breathe (sometimes I have mucus and sometimes not), I usually have nosebleeds (I ended up one day in the hospital because I wasn't able to stop it). I had problems in one testicle and I had two surgeries (1 year between them) to treat varicocele, but it still hurts. I don't know what is wrong with me, please if someone knows anything about a condition like this, I really need help.

  • Have you had a sleep study done? That is the first thing you should do. Let the sleep professionals figure out what is what with your sleep. When you are not getting the right kind of sleep, it messes with your entire body. So, start with a sleep study.
