I'm 26 years old and have had sleeping problem for a least 5 -6 years. I have searched the symptoms and it leads me to night terrors, however, I'm not sure because the materials say its is in young children. My syptoms are when I'm asleep a have dreams that cause high anxiety. Most the time I can not rememeber them but usually it is a dumb sitaution. The dreams are not about death or monsters or whatever the usual night terrors list is. When I wake up I am in a cold sweat (like the chills), body aches, my muscles are tense, and my heart soemtimes is racing. It can happen 5 or 6 times in a night and almost every night. In the past my husband has reported I have thrashed and whimpered in my sleep and then it is hard to waek me up and get back to reality, however, this is rare. Any thoughts. I want to make sure before I spend alot of money on a sleep study or specialists.:(:confused:Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
