i don't know if i have sleep apnea because i can't hear if im snoring while im asleep but these are my problems:
all throughout the night i get a lot of saliva and keep having to swallow, which then makes me have to pee in about 5 minutes. i have anxiety about this and it keeps me up all night. basically i can't stop swallowing and peeing and i get more and more anxiety as i can't sleep, and look at the clock and its been 4 hours. i've been told that i snore a little bit, but i mostly talk alot during my sleep. like cussing and conversations.

also i guess the other major problem is i feel extremely unrested when i wake up. i have brain fog that is so bad i could just sit and stare off for hours on end. can't hardly work or concentrate on talking or being with people. driving can be scary.

if anyone has any advice it would be helpful as i've been looking for the right "cause" of my problem for months now. btw im 19.

Many people drool in their sleep, it doesn't however make you feel the need to "pee". I used to get up every hour or so for the potty, once I was on CPAP, that stopped, and I was able to get up once or twice a night. Even with CPAP, I have not slept more than 6 hours at a time, usually 4 hours is my limit. i've been told that i snore a little bit, but i mostly talk alot during my sleep. like cussing and conversations.Sleep apnea can cause you to talk in your sleep too. You probably aren't really sleeping, but still not aware that you are awake. It's like a limbo land.also i guess the other major problem is i feel extremely unrested when i wake up. i have brain fog that is so bad i could just sit and stare off for hours on end. can't hardly work or concentrate on talking or being with people. driving can be scaryYou need to have a sleep study done and to at least rule out sleep apnea.
