I am always tired and hurting. All my joints are stiff and painful almost constantly. It gets so bad at times that I need a cane to help me walk. Also, I am always having a sort of brain fog and I can't think straight. My memory is terrible. Sometimes, I even forget if I have eaten or even TO eat (which is bad considering I am hypoglycemic). I am often getting really severe headaches. My sleep patterns are very strange. I either sleep too much, or not at all. Currently, I am going through a bout of insomnia. I am running off of about 30 minutes of sleep for the past 5 days and I am still unable to go to sleep. What could be causing this. I feel like I am 50 and not someone about to turn 20 in 2 weeks.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
