  • If you are mouth breathing and snoring heavily, the tissues of your throat could get dried out and irritated. If you have any other symptoms such as daytime sleepiness, snorting when you snore, waking up with heart beating fast or gasping for breath, you may want to be evaluated for sleep apnea. It can be very harmful to your health. But any situation that produces blood should be evaluated by your physician.
