I have had insomnia since I was a younge teenager, I have been to a sleep clinic twice, and have had insomnia for almost thirty years. Most of the time when I go to a doctor to attempt to get something for this everyday (and night insomnia) I get told to stop drinking caffinated drinks-chocolate-excercise regularly and don't stress yourself out about this problem. But mostly I get told 'when your body is tired then you will sleep. This is not true, If I do not take a prescription sleeping aid, then I can go days or weeks without sleep-day or night. I have chronic insomnia and was hopeing that there is someone out there that may have an alternative to insomnia-besides the above items. I would appreciate some reliable input on this matter. Thank you.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
