I have candida (affecting chiefly two of my fingers). I've eliminated all sugars, carbs, fresh fruits, yeast . . . you know the drill. I drink about two cups of coffee a day but this is mostly coffee that I ROAST FRESH myself and then grind the beans just as I'm brewing. Is this still a no-no?
It doesn't seem to affect me nearly to the degree that simple sugars and yeast do. I even seem to have more problem with milk and cheese than I do with coffee.
