Over the last two months, I have had, what started out as a little nodule on my scalp. This started to bleed when I scratched it, and would fall off, it then would re-form. Over time it has grown quite considerably and it now about 1cm long, and 7mm wide and it dry, cracked and very dark in appearance. I keep knocking it, making it bleed and it seems to be getting bigger by the week.
It's not ****y, or very itchy, but is worrying me slightly.
I have seen the doctor twice, and she doesn't seem to be concerned from a 'cancer' perspective, but also doesn't seem to really know what it is; referrign to it as a "warty type thing". I am booked in fro cryotherapy next week, btu wandered if anyone else had heard or experienced anything like this?
