Tiny, dark bumps under skin on penis

Heyy, I've recently discovered a small group of bumps on the shaft of my penis and they've given me a tiny bit of a scare. I have some other little bumps on my shaft which I'm fairly certain are just "fordyce spots" as I have the same in my lips which is very common as well apparently. They're only really noticeable if the skin is pulled tight but these darker ones, I can see any time. If it's normal for fordyce spots to become darker, then I imagine that's all this is but I'd like an opinion to give myself some reassurance. They don't burn, itch or anything else uncomfortable. They don't at all seem poppable or anything. They're TINY

Just so you know, I've only been sexually active with one person in my life (still am, still with her,) and I've only seen bumps I remember being similar to this once before - over a year ago. Can't recall if they looked the same or not but the others went away in a couple days. I'm not sure how long these have been here, not long I imagine.

I took a couple pictures (you can't even tell it's a penis since it's so close up.)
That's how they look when my skin is "relaxed"
That's how they look when my skin is pulled a bit tighter. In this one, you can kind of see the rest of my fordyce spots which don't concern me. They only seem very SLIGHTLY bigger in size (these are all very tiny, don't let the super close up picture fool you.)

I'm hoping they're just plain old fordyce spots and I wasn't aware they could change colour or just a blood vessel popping under my skin or something.

Any input would be much appreciated! Thanks!
