 I need help, at times I am hit by hypersensitive skin where it hurts to put on clothing or even a sheet. If I do wear loose fitting clothes, I get a rash that sometimes bleeds wherever the clothes touch my skin. Also, if I lightly itch a scratch, it cuts open my skin that at times even needs stiches and always leaves scarring. I cannot get a diagnosis from anyone. I would like to know if anyone has experienced this and if they have a diagnosis. Please e-mail me @ donna.cutiepie@gmail.com (my husband set that up :p ) Thanks for your time and attention, I look forward to hearing from anyone with help soon! Serious replys only please. Thanks again & God bless!!!

  • I was amazed that i read this..i have recently experienced the exact same feeling, it hurt to wear clothes and when i touched my leg w/my hand it felt (my skin that is, felt freezing) Do you suffer from migraines? I do and recently read an article linking the 2 conditions. If you have seen a dr for this I am curious to find out what was diagnosed. Thanks for your response.

  • I've had this feeling, too! Where did you find the article linking it to migraines? I'm quite interested! The right side of my head is now just as sensitive as my leg.

  • The painfully sensitive skin that accompanies many migraines has revealed a new understanding of the debilitating headaches. The latest findings from Boston researchers are the first that may explain why current medications are ineffective in many cases and suggest a new target for the next generation of migraine drugs.______________________Get Your 24 Hour Yeast Infection Cure Here

  • I have had hyper sensitive skin most of my life. It could be anywhere on my body, in a small area usually. It may last a few hours to a few days. Some years ago I found that an amino acid called L-lysine is good for the skin. I was actually taking it for mouth blisters, but also discovered that I have never had the sensitive skin flare up again. You can buy it at Walmart or most anyplace that sells vitamins. Take one everyday for a month or two and then you can go to every other day. Just keep taking them. I have suggested this to friends who have had shingles problems. It seems to works for them too.I was amazed that i read this..i have recently experienced the exact same feeling, it hurt to wear clothes and when i touched my leg w/my hand it felt (my skin that is, felt freezing) Do you suffer from migraines?
