They're completely symmetrical, and i have no clue how they got there or what they're from. I used to get them quite frequently through my teen years, but i'm in my twenties now and haven't seen them for a while (no diagnosis was given). They're dark purple in color (forgive the poor quality of my sub-par web-cam) and sore to the touch.
I am anemic, could this have something to do with it? should i be worried about this? what do you think they are?

  • I noticed similar bruises on my chin this morning, just more, mine start from under my chin and finish half way up between the bottom of the chin and the lips, the patch is oddly symetrical, like yours, and i also cant link them to anything as i do all same things. The only thing it has changed is the weather. Im waiting for a call back from a doctor, so will see what he has to say about it, and will let you know the diagnosis. Maybe you should do the same and ring your GP?
