staph infection?

I was playing in my softball games about 4 days ago and I slid into a few bases and cut my leg pretty bad. The wound was open with a huge amount of dirt around it and in it. I just lightly cleaned it off with a rag when I got home and then the next day I didn't do anything to it. Then last night my boyfriends grandmother decided to doctor it up for me and she put some kind of antibiotic on it and bandaged it up. I took the bandage off this morning and its got white spots on it and some blood. (Picture below) it hurts when I stand and it makes it to where I can't even walk on it because the pain is so extreme. It's causing my entire body to hurt and I know the soreness isn't from softball because softball never makes me this sore. Could this possibly be staph infection?

  • Here is a link that should help you out. It looks good if it was infected it would be oozing funny colors and have an odor . Good luck http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=Maceration+Wound&view=detail&id=3F05F7406FAFA4437527E6880260DCFC9D36ECB8&first=0&qpvt=Maceration+Wound&FORM=IDFRIR
