Small, red dots

I have searched all over the internet, but yet I have not found any help. I have small, scaly red dots (all different sizes and shapes) appearing randomly on my skin, that started on my face and eventually spread to all over, exposed/unexposed areas.

I went to Pennsylvania about 2 weeks ago, which is when they first started. I was swimming in the hotel pool and also in a hot tub. At first, they were not itchy, but now they are starting to.

Is it possible to have a random chlorine allergic reaction that has lasted for 2 weeks? I have not taken any medications that I am allergic too, no pets in the house. My boyfriend/children are showing no signs of this either, and my children were also in PA swimming in the same pool/hot tub.

I have taken Cortizone, Tinactin, and Lanacane, which have done nothing, nor stopped the spread of them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
