Small bumps around chin/nose...due to heat?

A few years ago, I moved to Italy and I've noticed that the past 2 summers, at the beginning, I usually start to break out a little around my chin and under my nose. My skin has always been really clear and I can't remember the last time I actually got a pimple so this is really weird to me. Do you think this is b/c of the humidity? I lived in the southern US before and nothing like this ever happened. I haven't applied any moisturizer to that area for about a week and it seems a little better. Does anyone know the reason for this or how I can get it to stop/go away?

thanks alot
