Skin pain getting worse

A few days ago the upper right side of my back started to feel like a sunburn without any visible symptoms, then it started to spread down the under side of my right arm. Whenever something touches it, it hurts a lot, like a rash should be there but there isn't. Now yesterday it became deeper, before it was only skin pain, now its muscle pain. It is spreading everyday but only on the right side of my body. This sensitivity and pain flaring at random times covers from my right shoulder blade, to my armpit and a bit lower, down to the underside of my right arm reaching my elbow, to now around my right breast. And very red bumps have recently shown up on the right side of my back in multiple growing clusters that itch and pain me on and off. Today, a few hours ago, the muscle pain reached my breast and hurts to the point of nausea. I also get chills that go up my spine and cause my head to twitch without me being able to stop it, this has been happening to me for as long as I can remember and I have no explanation for it. It has never really bothered me before, but now with this pain the chills make me ache and shudder.
I am 18, a vegetarian, and I have not been seen by doctor in around 10 years(though not for lack of trying).
I had to nap in a bathtub full of water just to be able to get any sleep, that is how bad this is getting. Please tell me if you have any idea what this could be. My email is ladyofdanu@yahoo.com
Thanks in advance.
