I have red spots that have appeared all over my forearms and my lower legs. They do not itch directly but the areas around the spots itch intensely...they also go from dry scaly to very red almost daily. Some new ones have appeared near the bend in my arm and have stayed red. I have a derm appointment tomorrow. They first appeared last year but went away over the winter and they were barely noticeable when they did appear. The derm doc said it was nothing.
They came back this year much worse and are not going away at all. I wear a lot of sunscreen. Usually I wear long sleeves when i have to be in the sun for extended periods of time. I recently have had severe itching all over my body but there was nothing there, no rash, no nothing. I developed a rash where I itched the most, on my sides, thighs, and buttocks. The derm prescribed triamcinolone cream and it cleared up almost overnight. But I still itch...but mostly on my arms and legs.
I will upload pictures shortly.
