I have two bright red splotches on top of my foot. They don't hurt at any time, and blanch under pressure. I noticed the larger splotch a couple years back, but thought nothing of it-since it didn't hurt. Now that I've noticed a smaller splotch appearing just next to the larger one, I'm a bit concerned that it might be a problem. Neither of them are raised, it just seems as though the pigmentation is off. I don't have medical insurance or I'd go see a doctor immediately about this..has anyone experiences these splotches or know what they might be? I posted a picture below to show exactly what it looks like.
