I'm a 20 year old female, I have developed red spots/patches on my inner thighs around my groin.
i'm not overweight and I am not sexually active.
They have developed slowly over the past year and more and more are slowly appearing down my thighs. they are not on my groin.
They started off brown/tan looking but today I've noticed they have gone rather red and very visible.
The smallest of spots patches is an inch, and the patches are much larger.
They do not itch and are flat.
