I will attempt to provide as much information as possible

For at least 5 years I have had red patches on my face under my lip and in my chin area. This is very red. Sometimes but not always itchy. Doesn't seem to get any worse when I shave, just more noticeable. I am pretty sure it is more intense of a red in the heat.
As I get older I am getting more and more self conscience.

I also have similar patches across my chest onto my belly and under body arms on the sides of my body.
These are more of a brown than red.

I've tried changing soap, shampoo, toothpaste, laundry soap, dryer sheets
everything I can find hypo allergenic I buy.

I've tried putting cortizone on it but it made no difference.

I do not have insurance or money to go to a specialist.

Any help is very much appreciated.

I have attached a few pictures. The chest is a little hard to see with that hair and lighting. Please look at at least the first one to get a visual.
