Red, painless, not itchy bumps

I have always taken good care of my face (at least in my opinion) so it has always been fairly smooth with an occasional pimple...however...

Yesterday, tiny red bumps appeared on my cheeks and some on my forehead.

I thought it would be gone by today, except they are still there. They aren't very big (kind of like an insect bite or something), they don't hurt, and they don't itch.

Does anyone have an idea what this is?
Could my sleep and stress possibly have something to do with this? Because lately I have been getting only 3-4 hours of sleep a day.
