Red lump on Chest

I have had a red lump on a chest for at least a year (can't remember if it was there before that), its just under 1cm in diameter, and hasn't changed in size at all, or appearance. It feels as if it is attached to the skin. Also when i try and sweeze it some clear liquid comes out.
I also have acne on my shoulders, back and a bit on my chest, (and used to on my face, but got tablets for it a few years ago). Would it be to do with the acne? It stands out alot more than the other spots though.

Thanks Alot,
