Red facial marks from years of scratching

I have small but noticeable red areas on the sides of my face from when my skin used to be inflamed and itchy, which were made much worse by my constant scratching.

The itching and scratching has sinced stopped, but the damage i was doing to my skin has remained.

I'm wondering if there is anything i can do to reverse the damage and clear the marks that don't seem to be fading despite them being about 3 years old.

Thanks for any help.
