Look I have had the very same problem for a long time doctors dont seem to anything about scabies they say they are on hands between fingers and so on. No i have found having it they dont really know much about this you can have it everywhere even internal esp if it goes away and comes back then you get it on face, back, shoulders, chest, everywhere. Been to alot of doctors have and they no experience with this they just read about it. Its the hardest thing to get rid of thats why they call it the 7 year itch. Try salt bath's and sauna's the heat will kill them but it so much more washing cloths after each wear as well as bedding, vacume, and spray your bedding with some sort of bugs spray they live on anything cloths whatever for 7 days. The cream alone doesn't work.
