recurring rash

Last week, an itchy rash appeared on my stomach, just above my waist on the left and right side. By the following day, the rash was also on my side directly below by my arm pits (but not in my underarm) on both sides, and on both biceps spreading down to the bend of my arm.

I would describe the rash as splotchy, but not raised. In the center of the rash, it's more like a rad mass, looking splotchy on the borders.

The only two things I did differently in the days befor etheoutbreak were changing detergents, and eating macadanie nuts for the first time. The detergent i began using is All Free Clear Allergen Fighter, so I am ruling that out as a cause. I pretty much assumed the rash was caused by an allergy to macadamie nuts. I treated it using a steroid cream I had leftover from something else and the rash went away in approximately two days.

No, one week later, the rash is starting to come back. So far it's mainly on my right bicep.

I have a history of eczema, but now outbreak currently. I have no known food allergies (except maybe now macadamia nuts?) and my only known drug allergy is neomycin.

I Didn't go to the doctor because i figured he would just prescribe a steroid cream, which i already had. Does anyone have and idea what could be going on here?
