Hi all,

Can anyone shed some light on the very dry and itchy rash on my face? I've had it for nearly a year now, it comes and goes but is bad at the moment. The picture doesn't do the rash justice, its far redder than what the picture shows, I get it either side of my nose and is particularly bad around my upper lip, thanks:

  • This is is called Rosacea. Go to your doc and they will put you on Metrogel, which should help clear this up. Or you could try colloidal silver or a good aloe product like Herbal Aloe Force skin gel to use topically. Rosacea is fungal in nature, and is hard to get rid of. Try not to expose your skin to extremes in temperatures, avoid alcohol and spicy foods which will make things worse. Best wishesDOM
