Hi! My husband is having flu-like symptoms, rash, muscle and joint pain, fatigue, nausea, dizziness, trouble sleeping, irritable, cough that won't go away.

His pain is mostly on the left side. It hurts down his arm, into his hand. His shoulders, neck, lower back, and knees and upper legs hurt. His rash is also on his left side.

His rash was a patch of very dry skin, now it has changed colors. It turned into a purpleish/black/green kinda color, and started to spread. Here is a picture...

Any help would be appreicated!!! Thank you!!!!!!

  • It could look like a lyme rash. You can take a look at some pictures here: http://www.lyme.org/gallery/rashes.html In any case it might be smart to rule it out by taking a simple blood test.
