Lately my toes keep turning a purple/blue colour. In the winter when its really cold, they become swollen, sore, itchy and sometimes feel like they are burning. That only happens in the winter, but now my toes on the right foot are permanently larger than the left because of that. I occasionally get swollen, itchy fingers too, sometimes when I am exercising. Does anyone else get this too, or do you know what could be causing it?

There is nothing to be concerned about, althou you might try niacin. paula428
