I wanted to post this for anyone it may help. I had psoriasis for years really bad all over my arms and abdomen, along with psoriatic arthritis to the point I could not make a fist. I was a teenager at this time, so it was really embarrassing and I would not be caught dead in a swim suit. I tried every cream imaginable and different pills for my psoriasis, but nothing worked. Then my grandma said, "why not try aloe vera?" I figured, why not. I had an aloe vera plant I was growing, so I split open the leaves and rubbed it on my skin. I also bought some aloe vera juice and started drinking it. My psoriasis retracted to only my hands and did not flare past that point. It has been well over a decade now, and I've been using only aloe vera for my psoriasis. I only have it on my pinky finger, that's it. When I was in my early 20s it retracted to only my little finger and has never spread past the finger again. The aloe vera juice helps my psoriatic arthritis, and I can almost completely close my fists now.

To anyone else who has psoriasis, try aloe vera. I hope it helps you too.
